1. I’d love to hear from you! Email yourpilgrimagedesign@gmail.com to let me know which of the branding packages on the 'Services' page you’re interested in and a little about yourself.

2. I’ll get back to you. I may want to clarify a few things.

3. I’ll set up a discovery Zoom call to go through an initial questionnaire with you. This will probably be around twenty minutes (or thirty for the branding suitcase) and is a chance for me to get to know you, understand your aims and clarify the timeframe.

4. I’ll send you a quote for the work.

5. Once you've agreed to this, I'll email you a work agreement and an invoice for half of the fee.

6. You’ll electronically sign the work agreement and pay the invoice.

7. I’ll set up a thirty minute-long exploration Zoom call with you, leading to the creation of the brief (two exploration Zoom calls for the branding suitcase/backpack).

8. Once the brief is signed off, I'll propose two branding concepts. Your favourite will be developed into the full branding package. Then there will be two rounds of revisions: draft and proof.

9. Branding suitcase/backpack only: I’ll set up a thirty minute-long equipping Zoom call, empowering you to use your brand identity in the real world.

10. I’ll send you the finished logo files and other assets and invoice you the second half of the fee.
